The map, the address, the distance, any notices and the Directions/Report issue row now share a single section, in that order, with the buttons as the last row. The list's own row hairlines separate them (inset like Address/Distance), so no hand-rolled Divider is added — that would double the line. The map loses .listRowInsets(EdgeInsets()) so it sits inset inside the card with its rounded corners, aligned with the hairlines and text rather than butting the card edges. Directions/Report issue keep .buttonStyle(.borderless); verified with real simulated taps in the merged card that each fires alone.
